Commercial Carpet Cleaning & Maintenance Resource

Good Design and Planning = Easier Maintenance

Specifying the right construction and pattern for carpeted spaces goes a long way in making maintenance easier.

“Design 101” should be employed for selecting carpets, fibers and backings that will be installed in light, medium and heavy-traffic spaces. (See Chart Below)

Facility managers, designers, maintenance personnel and others responsible for commercial carpet maintenance should partner on specification development. The team should also work together to develop and sustain a complete maintenance program for their commercial facility.
