Floor Maintenance Certification
Sands Flooring Maintenance Services and our professional, trained floor maintenance technicians are certified by IICRC* (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification), a testing and certification organization operated by the cleaning industry’s regional and national trade associations.
IICRC certification is based upon successful completion of a class in which the curriculum follows industry standards for that category, as well as achieving a passing grade on a standardized exam.
Certification is important to us because certified individuals will have received floor maintenance training in the newest techniques and gain information on the latest products. This ensures our staff is operating at maximum processing efficiency and completing their work in accordance with the Industry’s highest standards for our customers.
