When a maintenance contact is signed at the time of installation, and as long as Sands Flooring Maintenance Services are contracted to provide the maintenance services, Sands Commercial Floor Coverings offer a Lifetime Installation Warranty on carpet tile and an Extended Five Year Installation Warranty on Broadloom Carpet.
